The Sales Manager for the Home Cleaning business is in charge of all new cleaner acquisition. The ideal candidate holds a believe that sales is a combination of talent and being structured and process oriented. On Mark Suster’s salesperson matrix, you will be in the superstar quadrant. You will report to the Regional Manager and work together to make your region the top performing region within Miso.

Experience with process driven sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools are a must. If roles such as sales development representative (SDR), account executive (AE) and account manager (AM) sound familiar to you, this could be a good fit. You will also be required to utilize and build tools that monitor supplier behavior and ensure efficiency through asset utilization, network optimization and supply growth.

What you will do

  • Lead Miso’s cleaner acquisition in your region
  • Manage and lead a team of SDR’s, AE’s and AM’s
  • Heavy metrics analysis and product/process improvement
  • Communicate product/process needs, work with product/engineering to deliver on them
  • Help scale our other businesses and regions through developing and sharing best practices

What you need

  • Startup (all-hands-on-deck) “I work hard because I love it” approach with the ability to get things done
  • Experience in sales with a structured process and utilization of CRM tools is a must.
  • Strong people management skills as you set the tone for your team.
  • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
