The Operations Manager for the Home Cleaning business ensures cleaners who work with Miso are highly engaged and work with us for a long time. We are the first company in the world to manage thousands of cleaners a week with technological tools which makes this a highly unique role without a playbook for how to do it well. This means, you should be a great problem solver who can move fast and constantly improve.

You will report to the Regional Manager and work together to make your region the top performing region within Miso.

What you will do

  • Ensure our cleaners work if they want, when they want.
  • Ensure our cleaners work with Miso for a long time.
  • Heavy metrics analysis and product/process improvement
  • Communicate product/process needs, work with product/engineering to deliver on them
  • Help scale our other businesses and regions through developing and sharing best practices

What you need

  • Startup (all-hands-on-deck) “I work hard because I love it” approach with the ability to get things done
  • Strong problem solving ability. You know how to identify problems, understand them, create execution plans to solve them and execute.
  • Data driven decision making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
